Thomas Land Clearing is a 8a and Hub Zone company serving the entire state of California. Thomas Land holds a “B” California Contractor License. Over the past several years we have successfully completed major contracts in both the public and private sectors.

Our speciality is DEMOLITION, Asbestos Abatement and Lead Paint Removal. We have also completed renovations and new construction for the U.S. Department of Labor, and river works for the United States Army Corps of Engineers.
